Teresa Childers, Executive Director
Hello! I am Teresa and I have been employed with Summit Place of Kings Mountain since September 2003. I started out as the Director of Health Services but in March 2007, I was promoted to my present position as the Executive Director. I have been a Registered Nurse for 13 years and a Certified Assisted Living Administrator since 2007. I have lived in Kings Mountain all of my life. My husband, Tony, and I have 3 daughters -- Morgan, Jordan and Reagan Ashley.

Donna Arrowood, Business Office Manager
Hello! My name is Donna and I started with Summit Place of Kings Mountain as the Evening Receptionist and eventually made my way to my present position as the Business Office Manager. I have been employed at Summit Place of Kings Mountain since October 2005. I am the mother of 3 wonderful grown children -- 2 daughters and 1 son and I make my home in Gastonia, North Carolina.

Hello ... My name is Lisa and I have loved being part of the management team here at Summit Place since September 2003. Certified in Long Term Care, I have been a Licensed Practical Nurse for 16 years. Ernie and I live in Kings Mountain and on evenings and weekends we love to hit the open highway on our motorcycles. I also enjoy gardening, writing, photography and family gatherings.

Mark Mull, Director of Health Services
Hi ... I am Mark, the Director of Health Services for Summit Place of Kings Mountain. I have been a LPN since 2002. My nursing background is in EMS, Behavioral Health, Emergency Room and Long Term Care. I am the father of 4 great children -- 2 boys and 2 girls, ages 16 months to 24 years. When I am not spending time with my family, I enjoy hunting and fishing.

Kathy Bridges, Director of Memory Care
Hi ... My name is Kathy and I have been with Summit Place of Kings Mountain since June 2004 when I started out as a Nurse’s Aide. Shortly after, I was promoted to a Medical Technician and then later to the position of Director of Memory Care. I am grateful to have this position ... in this special place ... in this special unit. I was nominated for the “Caregiver Of The Year Award” twice and I was also in the top 10 Finalists at the NCALA Convention my first year. I am still humbly honored by these awards. My husband Tony and I have 3 children -- Michael, Ashley and Jamie, as well as 2 grandchildren and we all live in Kings Mountain.

Judy Lee, Director of Activities
Hi ... I am Judy and I am the Director of Activities at Summit Place of Kings Mountain. I have been here for over 7 years. Initially, I received my training at White Oak Manor as a Weekend Activity Assistant and then I studied to become an Activity Director. Originally from Rutherford County, I now live in Shelby, North Carolina. I do not have any children, but I do have a beautiful little dog that the residents and I both love dearly.

Hello! My name is Janice and I am the Director of Food & Beverage at Summit Place of Kings Mountain. I have been here for 9 years as of October 2008 and I absolutely love my job! I have 2 children -- Anthony and Felecia, and 5 grandchildren -- Denver, Makayla, Shanada, Sharlencia and Sheriah. I plan on being with Summit Place of Kings Mountain until I reach retirement age.

Hi ... My name is Steve and I am the Director of Maintenance at Summit Place of Kings Mountain. I have been employed here for 2 years. I like my job here at Summit Place of Kings Mountain because each day is a new challenge and I thoroughly enjoy working with senior adults, as well as meeting new people. Additionally, I am the father of one grown son and grandfather to one granddaughter, Gabriel. In my free time I enjoy playing in a band.
